SystImmune Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company located in Redmond, WA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Process the payments, checks and wire transfers to heavy volume of vendors in timely manner.
  • Review cash entries daily to identify any unrecorded transactions.
  • Recording day-to-day financial transactions to ensure the completeness and accuracy of accounting documentation with proper account classification.
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. 
  • Assisting in financial audit and corporate tax return filings. 
  • Assisting in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines.
  • Assisting in preparing monthly project FTE allocation analysis, operational reports, and other ad-hoc queries.
  • Maintain close calendars to monitor progress against deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal control requirements.
  • Meet processing and reporting deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
  • Participate in company-wide initiatives/projects to improve processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field will be considered.
  • 3 years or above relevant working experience in the field of accounting.
  • Proven bookkeeping experience with a solid understanding of full-cycle bookkeeping and A/P principles.
  • Proficient with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word/Excel, and NetSuite ERP is preferred.
  • Work accurately with close attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or relevant field will be considered 


The hiring pay range for this position is $65,000 - $78,000 per year based on skills, education, and experience relevant to the role.
