Job Summary:

We’re seeking an experienced Scientist to bolster our Clinical Pharmacology Lab team. Your primary role will be to spearhead PK and ADA assays using ELISA SoftMax Pro and MSD platforms. Additionally, you'll take charge of assay validation, tech transfer, and development, ensuring adherence to industry standards. Material management using LIMS software and maintaining GLP compliance will also be key aspects of your responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead PK and ADA assays, ensuring strict adherence to protocols and SOPs.
  • Drive assay validation, tech transfer, and development initiatives to maintain industry standards.
  • Manage laboratory materials effectively through LIMS software, including inventory tracking and ordering.
  • Maintain meticulous records of experimental procedures, results, and data analysis while troubleshooting assay issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support research projects and mentor junior staff as needed.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry advancements to contribute to assay development and optimization.
  • Assist in preparing regulatory documentation and participating in audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Ph.D.; MS; BS in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry; 5+ years with a focus on clinical pharmacology or bioanalytical assays.
  • Proficiency in running PK and ADA assays using ELISA SoftMax Pro and MSD platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Thorough understanding of GLP regulations and regulatory guidelines.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.
  • Onsite work is mandatory.

The hiring pay range for this position is $70,000 - $140,000 per year based on skills, education, and experience relevant to the role.
