SystImmune is seeking an experienced Office Manager to support operations at our Redmond Main building, with this position expected to transition to our new Bothell location in Fall 2026. This individual will manage front desk operations, support day-to-day office administration, and partner closely with the procurement and facilities teams to coordinate deliveries and maintain efficient office operations.

This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced biotech environment supporting scientific and operational teams.



Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Office Operations
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, candidates, vendors, and employees
  • Manage front desk coverage, phone lines, and general office inquiries
  • Maintain a professional reception environment and conference room readiness
  • Coordinate visitor access, badging, and meeting logistics
Procurement & Shipping Support
  • Receive and log incoming packages, including scientific shipments and office supplies
  • Coordinate with procurement and lab teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Notify internal stakeholders of deliveries and arrange distribution
  • Support outgoing shipments and courier coordination as needed
Office Administration
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory of common use items
  • Coordinate office vendors including catering, maintenance, and office services
  • Support onboarding logistics including workspace preparation and supplies
  • Assist with company events, meetings, and onsite activities
Facilities Coordination
  • Report facility issues and coordinate repairs with building management
  • Partner with internal teams to maintain a safe and organized office environment
  • Support emergency preparedness processes and office procedures

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of office management, front desk, or administrative experience, preferably in biotech, healthcare, or a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Experience managing deliveries, shipping, or procurement coordination strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills and customer service mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Experience with office systems such as badge management or visitor tracking is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Experience supporting laboratory or scientific office environments
  • Experience working with procurement or facilities teams
  • Experience supporting growing or scaling organizations
Work Environment
  • Full-time onsite role in Redmond, WA
  • Requires daily front desk presence
  • May involve occasional lifting of packages (up to ~30 lbs)

Compensation and Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s level qualifications, experience, and skills.
While most offers typically fall within the low to mid-point of the range, we may extend an offer toward the higher end for exceptional candidates whose background and expertise exceeds the requirements of the role.
