Research Associate/Senior Research Associate, Cell Science

We are seeking a Research Associate / Senior Research Associate with experience in cell culture and plasmid preparation to join our Cell Science Department.
Responsibilities:
- Perform mammalian cell culture following sterile techniques
- Perform expression vector construction, plasmid preparation and NGS sequencing.
- Contribute to daily laboratory maintenance, such as ordering reagents, maintaining equipment and preparing media
- Perform rigorous data analysis using common software packages (e.g., Microsoft Office suite)
- Author SOP’s, reports and slides summarizing data and interpreting experimental results
- Provide consistent updates and present data at team meetings
- Collaborate with other departments
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in biology or a related science major
- RA-I has 1+ years of industry experience
- RA-II has 2+ years of industry experience
- Sr. RA has 5+ years of industry experience
- 1+ year experience in mammalian cell culture
- 1+ year experience in molecular biology techniques, including plasmid construction and DNA isolation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment and deliver complex objectives under tight deadlines
- Availability of working weekend and holiday shifts as needed

Compensation and Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $85,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skills.
While most offers typically fall within the low to mid-point of the range, we may extend an offer toward the higher end for exceptional candidates whose background and expertise align strongly with the requirements of the role.
