We are seeking a Research Associate or Senior Research Associate to join our Protein Engineering team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with strong molecular biology skills and a passion for scientific innovation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment focused on the development of novel therapeutic antibodies.

This position follows a Thursday through Monday schedule, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Tuesday and Wednesday are regular days off.
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this position is xx - xx annually. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skills.
While most offers typically fall within the low to mid-point of the range, we may extend an offer toward the higher end for exceptional candidates whose background and expertise align strongly with the requirements of the role.

We are seeking a Research Associate or Senior Research Associate to join our Protein Engineering team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine and complex molecular biology techniques including PCR, Restriction Endonuclease Digestion, Gibson Assembly, Golden Gate Assembly, bacterial transformations, and plasmid purifications.
- Support high-throughput protein purification workflows to enable rapid screening and characterization of constructs.
- Maintain detailed records of experimental procedures and results in electronic lab notebooks.
- Collaborate with team members to support cloning and construct generation for protein expression.
- Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing molecular workflows to improve efficiency and throughput.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain lab organization and inventory of reagents and supplies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-graduation, hands-on laboratory experience in molecular biology techniques. Title level (RA or SRA) will be determined based on education and total years of relevant experience.
- Experience with protein purification or antibody-related workflows is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
