We are seeking a hands-on Contract Clinical Recruiter with demonstrated experience recruiting clinical research and biopharma talent. This role requires bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin and the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment for critical clinical and research operations functions. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to support aggressive hiring timelines and deliver high-quality talent.This is a 6-month contract position.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical research, clinical operations, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and related biopharma functions
Collaborate with hiring managers to establish role criteria, develop job descriptions, and implement hiring plans
Utilize multi-channel sourcing strategies (including LinkedIn and other job boards)
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated needs
Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes
Oversee pre-employment verification processes
Prepare the employment offers for senior management approval
Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and company policies

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related majors
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry
Fluency in English and Mandarin
Experience in proactive recruiting and sourcing
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Boolean search techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in supporting clinical teams is required
